Refund & Cancellation Policy

GULFARMOR LLC manufactures and installs impact windows, doors, and hurricane shutters that are custom-made to your home’s exact measurements and specifications. Because these products cannot be resold or reused elsewhere, this policy explains when a deposit or payment can be refunded and when an order becomes final. The signed written proposal or installation contract you receive after an on-site measurement is the controlling document; where it differs from this page, the signed contract governs.

Custom, made-to-order goods

All products are fabricated to order. Once fabrication has begun, the order is a final sale and is non-refundable, as the materials are cut and built to your specific openings and finish selections.

Cancelling before fabrication

You may cancel before fabrication begins for a refund of amounts paid, less any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (for example, engineering, permit, or expedited-material fees). Any such deductions will be itemized for you in writing. A deposit identified as non-refundable in your signed proposal remains non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

Cancelling after fabrication

Once fabrication has started, the full contract price remains due. Partial cancellations (removing individual windows or doors from a started order) are not available.

Damaged or defective products

• Inspect your products on delivery and report any damage or defect in writing within 48 hours, with photos.
• Products that arrive damaged or that have a genuine manufacturing defect will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.
• Damage from handling, storage, or installation by anyone other than GULFARMOR is not covered by this policy.

Installation workmanship

When GULFARMOR performs the installation, our workmanship is backed as stated in your signed installation contract. Manufacturer product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and passed through to you. Warranty coverage does not extend to normal wear, misuse, unauthorized modification, or damage from events beyond a product’s rated design limits.

Financing

If your project is financed through a third-party or affiliated lender, cancelling an order does not by itself cancel your obligations to the lender. Contact the lender regarding any approved financing.

Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. This policy and any dispute arising from it are governed by our Terms of Service and Florida law.
