Delivery & Installation Policy

GULFARMOR LLC sells and installs custom impact windows, doors, and hurricane shutters. This page explains our service area and what to expect for fabrication, delivery, and installation. The specific schedule for your project is confirmed in your written proposal after an on-site measurement.

Service area

We serve Collier and Lee Counties, Florida — including Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Golden Gate, and Fort Myers Beach. Projects outside this area may be available by arrangement.

Fabrication & delivery timeline

Because products are made to order, timelines are estimates and begin after your on-site measurement and deposit. Typical projects are fabricated and ready within a few weeks; demand during hurricane season and manufacturer lead times can extend this. We will keep you informed of your project’s status and any changes.

Delivery costs & methods vary by manufacturer

GULFARMOR works with several manufacturers, and delivery terms differ by manufacturer and by product. Some manufacturers include delivery to our facility or your site; others charge a separate delivery or freight fee and use their own carrier and delivery method. Because of this, delivery cost and method are not uniform across products.

• Any delivery or freight charge that applies to your order is itemized in your written proposal before you approve it.
• Delivery method (manufacturer freight, our own transport, or site drop-off) depends on the manufacturer and product selected.
• Where a manufacturer covers delivery, no separate delivery charge is added for that portion of your order.

On delivery

• We coordinate a delivery and installation window with you in advance.
• Please inspect products on delivery and report any visible damage in writing within 48 hours, with photos.
• If products are stored before installation, keep them indoors and protected from weather.

Installation

• Installation is performed by GULFARMOR’s crews as part of your project, unless your proposal states otherwise.
• Please clear the work areas and provide safe access to the interior and exterior of each opening.
• Installation duration depends on project size and is confirmed on scheduling.

Delays beyond our control

Severe weather, manufacturer delays, permit or inspection scheduling, and other events beyond our reasonable control may affect timelines. We will communicate any anticipated delay as early as possible and work with you to reschedule.
