• Relationship: Co-owned 50% by Kenneth Wolf and 50% by Juan M. Ortiz Medina
• Estimated Charge: Based on project scope, product, and installation

Licensee affirms that despite ownership interests in the aforementioned entities, all transactions and business engagements will be conducted with transparency and fairness. Licensee shall not engage in practices that create conflicts of interest and ensures all clients receive unbiased, professional services.

Compliance Statement. This disclosure is provided in compliance with RESPA (Regulation X, 12 C.F.R. § 1024.15) and applicable Florida Statutes, including but not limited to:
