• Contact & quote details you submit — name, email, phone, property address, and project information.
• Home-scan photos you upload to our instant-quote tool. These are sent to our AI provider (Google) for analysis to estimate window and door counts and are not stored by GULFARMOR after the estimate is generated.
• Property information looked up from public records using the address you provide (e.g., year built, square footage, flood zone) to improve your estimate.
• Usage & device data collected automatically, such as IP-based approximate location (used to show local weather and storm alerts), browser type, and pages viewed.

How we use your information

• To prepare estimates, schedule measurements, and provide our products and services.
• To respond to your inquiries by phone, email, text, or WhatsApp.
• To assess eligibility for programs such as My Safe Florida Home and to present financing illustrations.
• To improve our website, tools, and customer experience.

How we share information

• Service providers that operate our platform on our behalf — including hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), AI photo analysis (Google), and email/messaging delivery. They may process your data only to provide these services.
• Affiliated companies. With your consent (for example, by opting in on our quote tools), we may share your information with companies affiliated with GULFARMOR through common ownership — such as Wolf Insurance and our affiliated mortgage, title, and construction providers — so they can offer you related services.
